We will:
- Be honest with you at all times.
- Keep whatever is discussed between us private and confidential.
- Do what we say we will do on time. (In the case of circumstances outside of our control, we will let you know well in advance of our dilemma)
- Keep in contact with you by email, phone or mail on a regular basis.
- Return your email/phone calls within 24 working hours.
- Provide one complimentary service over the first year on all new computer systems we sell.
- Not carry out any unexpected work on your computer equipment without first seeking your agreement.
- Listen to your concerns and needs before offering considered and informed advice.
- Not oversell to you but we will endeavour to make you aware of all possible options and to offer advice on maintenance and upgrades where appropriate
- Acknowledge your right to reject any advice we may offer to you
- Treat anyone you refer to us with the same courtesy and respect as was afforded to you.
Our trading hours are 8:30am – 5pm, Monday-Friday and 8:30am – 11:30am Saturdays
